The Glass & Glazing Federation
The Glass & Glazing Federation is a government body who represent companies who obey by their strict code of practice. Details are listed as to why consumers should choose a GGF Member and the benefits that come with using a GGF registered company such as ourselves.
The GGF also have sister website MyGlazing.com which we are listed on, that offers consumers a one-stop shop for everything door and window related. Free and impartial consumer advise is the aim, in order to help the consumer make the right choice for their glass and glazing requirements.
We offer Dispute Resolution
We offer an alternative dispute resolution service through TGAS should something go wrong, TGAS offer an arbitration scheme providing consumers with a way of resolving any issues in a fair and impartial manner.
The TGAS arbitration scheme covers any unresolved issues between the consumer and trader, whether it be a supply only or installation related. Although we're pleased to say that to date it's never been needed!
